National Provider Relations Advocate

A company is looking for a National Senior Provider Relations Advocate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary contact for assigned Provider Accounts to resolve complex operational issues and enhance provider satisfaction

Conduct educational outreach and provide training on new products, policies, and revenue cycle processes to providers

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for revenue cycle challenges affecting providers

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in health plans or provider relations, focusing on training and revenue cycle work

3+ years of project management experience

3+ years of experience with Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid products

General knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding

Proficiency with MS Office suite and claims processing knowledge
