Boston Medical Center - Brighton, a member of Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking a full- or part-time Neonatologist to join our growing collaborative network serving Boston Medical Center - Brighton and Boston Medical Center - South (Brockton, MA). This role includes providing high-quality neonatal care across our Level III NICU, Special Care Nursery, and Well Baby Nursery environments.

Position Summary

The Neonatologist will join a well-established group of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists who provide comprehensive, family-centered care across the system. The clinical commitment spans both locations for a total of 0.6-1.0 FTE , offering flexibility in scheduling and a supportive, team-based care model.

The network includes :

• 18-bed Level III NICU at Boston Medical Center - Brighton
• 10-bed Special Care Nursery and Well Baby Nursery at Boston Medical Center - South

Faculty appointment at Boston University School of Medicine is available, commensurate with experience, within our academic and clinical partnership.

About Boston Medical Center - Brighton

Boston Medical Center - Brighton provides community-based access to high-quality pediatric and neonatal services as part of the BMC Health System. Our Brighton and South campuses work collaboratively to deliver seamless, integrated care for newborns and their families across eastern Massachusetts.

Compensation range : $250,482 to $308,364

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
