A company is looking for a Tech Lead to lead a team in implementing AI Native SDLC and building mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers while overseeing the development of web applications

Define and implement AI Native SDLC processes and act as the primary technical point of contact for clients

Establish best practices for security, usability, and agile processes while managing project priorities and team growth

Required Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in web development, with 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams

AI integration experience and familiarity with modern SaaS distributed architectures

Senior-level proficiency with ReactJS, NodeJS, and any SQL database

Knowledge of information security and defensive programming
