Corporate Strategy Role

General Mills has declared its vision to be the Undisputed Leader in Food and continues to advance its Accelerate strategy. In service of this vision, the Corporate Strategy team supports the CEO and senior business leaders to drive the Accelerate strategy and advance initiatives key to General Mills' future growth. The Corporate Strategy team is focused on both strategy development and strategic planning. The team works on project-based work with a highly collaborative approach. This role has high external orientation and offers the opportunity for enterprise-level impact and exposure to different parts of the business through a variety of project experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our consumers, customers, and the challenges our businesses face, and experience in contributing to discussions with senior levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to internal and external project teams
• Prepare high-quality project deliverables, storytelling, and communication support
• Problem-solve complex and ambiguous questions
• Own and drive forward individual workstreams
• Partner with senior leaders to develop enterprise strategy
• Collaborate with other team members to develop the Corporate Strategy team culture

Salary Range : $81000.00 - $121700.00 / Annually.
