Position: Medical Collections.

Payrate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Rotating Schedule:

• Week one: Monday & Tuesday 8am-5pm Wednesday & Thursday 11am-8pm Friday 8am-5pm
• Week two: Monday & Tuesday 11am-8pm Wednesday & Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-5pm
• Week three: Monday – Thursday 9am-8pm Friday off

Job Details: Maintains delinquent accounts at acceptable levels while utilizing positive customer relations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team member to provide the very best care for our patients. Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment Always look for ways to improve the patient experience Communicate clearly and openly

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required 2 years customer service - NO JOB HOPPERS
Collection experience is preferred but willing to accept entry level
Ability to deal with various social economic backgrounds
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Must be tactful and considerate when relating to patients/staff/public
