The RN must be adaptable, possessing a range of certifications and experience in various nursing settings, to deliver high-quality care as needed across multiple service lines.

Overview :

Compensation / Benefits

• $27.84-$45.46 / hr based on previous work experience.
• Flex differential $15 / hr.
• Evening differential $2.50 / hr.
• Night differential $3.00 / hr.
• Weekend differential $3.00 / hr.

The Flex Pool is made up of an adaptable and dynamic team of employees that is able to work in multiple service lines at all four NRHS campuses. These include medical and cardiac intensive care units, medical and cardiac step down units, med / surg, ortho / neuro, oncology, and post-surgical units as well as the occasional special assignment that may include procedural areas. The Flex Pool is dedicated to providing exceptional care when and where needed throughout the organization.
