Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead elicitation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders

Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS)

Document system workflows, interfaces, data flows, and dependencies to support implementation

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Public Health, Management, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, business development, or management consulting

Experience producing BRD, SRS, and traceability artifacts

Ability to work with engineering teams on technical specifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
