• Provide direct behavioral support to students with emotional and behavioral challenges across general and special education settings.
• Conduct and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement positive behavior supports and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
