Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with contact center advisors to meet operational performance goals
Assists in executing contact center strategy and identifies training needs
Handles escalated customer contacts and reports team performance to leadership
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, associate degree, or some college preferred
Property and Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain one
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Fluency in contact center terminology and key performance indicators
Strong organizational and time management skills
