Job Title : Senior Clinical Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Analyst with deep expertise in financial modeling and a strong understanding of clinical research operations. This role is critical for building robust forecast models, enrollment projections, and budget frameworks to support late-phase clinical trials. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models for clinical trial forecasting, enrollment, and budget planning.
Align models with actualization and provide variance reporting to leadership.
Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support contracts, trial enrollment projections, and financial planning for Phase III studies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as CFO, VP of Clinical Operations, CROs, and sponsors to ensure financial strategies align with operational goals.
Prepare for quarterly board meetings and provide financial insights as needed.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in financial modeling.
Strong background in clinical research, including trial operations and enrollment forecasting.
Understanding of accounting principles and experience working with accounting teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CROs or sponsors is preferred.
Experience in Phase III clinical studies.
Experience with clinical contracts, patient recruitment, and clinical budgets.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days on-site, with occasional increases to 2-3 days if key leadership is present. The position involves working as an individual contributor within a small team, where personality and cultural fit are critical. You will assist a small team with a new Phase III study to build a financial model for their upcoming study.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150.00 - $170.00 / hr.
