The position oversees the assessment, development, deployment, and adoption of programs and initiatives that support organizational improvements in Experience, Delivery, Quality, and Cost. In conjunction with other PSJH leaders, the Senior Program Manager develops efficient strategies and tactics that solve systemic and acute issues, and in doing so, improves operations.
