Position : Payroll Specialist

Location : Onsite in Taylor, MI

Salary Range : 80,000-90,000

Our client is a growing North American infrastructure company in Taylor, MI and they are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll and compliance for U.S. operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage regulations.

Key Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist :

• Process accurate weekly payroll for 60+ employees across multiple states.
• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain organized records.
• Support audits, manage 401(k) and vacation tracking.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on onboarding and administrative tasks.
