Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
Create and compile documents while processing phone calls and mail
Provide support to Department Chairs and midlevel leadership
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent; training in Administrative Professionals courses preferred
4-5 years of experience in an administrative professional field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with travel coordination and expense management
Ability to type 60-70 wpm and work effectively in a team setting
