Central New York region Teaching facility

- Join an established group of 5 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists.
- Current need is for a general ophthalmologist who can provide comprehensive eye care
- Current group has pediatric, retina and glaucoma specialists
- Support staff consists of ophthalmic technicians, LPN s,and RN s and are well trained
- On call is every 5th weekend, from Cooperstown, and rarely busy
- Outreach clinics are attended by all ophthalmologists but are limited to only one location each
- Referral patterns to tertiary care ophthalmologists are well established
- Salary Range : $400,000 - $475,000 plus performance-based compensation.
- An incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
- Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
