Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

Active Alabama dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)

Strong clinical skills in general dentistry and a passion for working with children and teens

Excellent chairside manner with a focus on patient comfort and building trust

Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dental care

Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team

Willingness to engage in community and patient education efforts
