The role
SoFis is looking for an experienced video and integrated campaign producer to join our in-house production studio. Your main focus will be producing assets developed by our production studio and in-house creative agency. Your role includes producing and post producing social media videos content series and edutainment videos as well as project managing simple to highly complex integrated campaigns and everything in between. Youll manage schedules budgets goals and solutions for project stakeholders and your teammates from concept through to delivery. Since SoFis brand is heavily aligned with sports marketing and Member Experiences you must be available to travel for productions at SoFi Stadium and other key SoFi locations throughout the year for key events.
This role requires a deep understanding of video audio production motion design / vfx and post production as well as integrated agency project management. Types of production projects include :

As a member of our production studio this role will include :
Contributing to the coordination of our production studios schedulingBidding projects in order to manage budget expectationsTracking project costs from start to finishManaging projects from start to finish utilizing SoFis project management softwareDemonstrating a clear understanding of resource needed to produce a projectUnderstanding of SoFis processes for onboarding and managing resourcesNegotiating production related fees and contractsWorking with your peers and supervisor to review creative briefs and matrices in order to understand and weigh in on project strategy and scopeWorking collaboratively with our cross functional partners to plan and prioritize marketing and advertising projects and produce materials with our talented production team.This role reports to our Lead Producer of our Content team. As part of our internal creative studio and brand strategy teams youll be involved in influential and exciting creative campaigns work with an incredibly supportive team and produce materials that help our members get their money right.
What youll also do :
Help to develop and manage start to finish production processes within our production studioLead and handle communications and workflows ensuring effective exchange of information and accurate asset deliveryNavigate simultaneous project requests prioritize resources appropriately and help find a solution for associated challengesEvaluate projects and anticipate risks that may arise develop solutions and manage stakeholders expectations accordinglyProduce maintain and advocate for the highest quality of creative possible within the given production parametersWork with your supervisor and marketing partners to evaluate project briefs and strategy in order to approach each project as efficiently as possibleDevelop and maintain project schedules workflows and house projections within our project management softwareManage projects from request through to delivery including scheduling and attending creative reviews and gaining approvals from all stakeholders including our legal and compliance teamsOrganize and maintain our digital asset library including raw footage b-roll and final cuts to facilitate content repurposing and scalability.Work closely with your project management teammates in order to contribute to our culture of support collaboration and kindness.What youll need :
4 years of working experience acting as a producer in a production company creative advertising agency or internal creative team with production capabilitiesDemonstrable expertise in video / TV creation and production processesExperience producing multiple types of creative assets in various formatsProduction hardware and software savvyStrong interest in social media content creation
Experience handling multiple vendor relationshipsExperience leading creative reviews with production insights and suggestions that will help turn ideas into realityDemonstrate deep familiarity with project planning effective resource management and solid production decisions and their effect on both creative output and your cross functional partners requirementsExcel at managing expectations and are able to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes ariseAbility to work comfortably in a very fast-paced nimble environmentAbility to be flexible with change and work with people possessing widely diverse working and communication stylesHighly organized with a keen eye for detailExcellent time prioritization and project management skillsUnderstanding of creative studio processes with creative advertising agency experienceSkilled in asset managementNice to have :
