JOB OVERVIEW

  • Job Title : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
  • Job Type : Permanent Full-Time
  • Location : Hobart, IN
  • Service Setting : Outpatient
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, standard clinic hours
  • On-Call Expectations : 1 : 10 rotation
  • Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing (90120 days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
  • Patient Demographics : Adults (Family Medicine may also see Pediatrics and Geriatrics)
  • Average Daily Volume / Census : 2026 patients per day
  • Consults & Follow-Ups : Yes
  • Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : Preventive care, chronic disease management, general internal medicine, and family practice FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
  • EMR System : Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
  • Specialty Backup : Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support
  • Support Staff : Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff
  • Leadership & Reporting Structure : Reports to practice Medical Director
  • Reason for Opening : Growth and expansion CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
  • Board

Requirements : BC / BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • DEA & Certifications : DEA, CSR, BLS required
  • Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS
  • Base Salary : Highly competitive (negotiable, MGMA guidelines)
  • Incentive Bonus Structure : RVU-based bonuses
