Your primary responsibility will be to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care by utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care, aligning with established standards and protocols. You will incorporate evidence-based practices and lead efforts in creating a safe environment and exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities include :
Licenses & Certifications : A Registered Nurse license issued by the respective state and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.
Degrees : Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing is expected.
Required Functional Experience : Typically requires one year of experience in clinical nursing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Proficiency in holistic patient care, situational awareness for timely interventions, and strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with others, make autonomous critical decisions, and manage time efficiently in a frequently interrupted environment. Skills in coordination, delegation, and team building are necessary.
Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF, etc.).
