As the General Manager, you play a key management role in leading our restoration team to success every single day. Mornings start by motivating and aligning your crew, creating a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to bring their best. You're hands-on in driving performance, guiding your team through challenges, celebrating wins, and upholding our commitment to excellence in both service and customer satisfaction. With a strategic mindset, you implement forward-thinking solutions and streamline processes to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're mentoring team members or jumping in to solve complex problems, your leadership is instrumental in our continued success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IN THIS MANAGEMENT ROLE :

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
• Supervisor experience
• Licensed Journeyman plumber, being a Master Plumber is preferred
• Great report writing skills
