Various locations throughout San Diego County

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has been at the forefront of clinical excellence for over a century, providing integrated, coordinated care to generations of San Diegans. SRSMG has 19 clinic locations and over 700 board-certified primary care and specialty care providers located across San Diego communities.

San Diego is family friendly, with a diverse geography delivering a multitude of housing options and top-rated school districts.

  • SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
  • Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
  • All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1 : 1 Provider / MA ratio plus operations team
  • Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
  • Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Position Details :

  • 4.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day
  • Salary Range : $230,000-$340,000+ Salary range may include productivity / bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
  • Outpatient after hour call of once every 4-5 weeks (phone call only)
  • In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO and Allergy
  • New-born rounding at 1 Hospital : Sharp Mary Birch
  • Rounding 1 week at a time every 5 weeks
  • Level III NICU
  • Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
  • Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns
  • Must be board certified / eligible to be considered
  • Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package
  • Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment
  • PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible
