Online Classroom Producer

A company is looking for an Online Classroom Producer to join their virtual training team in a remote, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all technical aspects of live virtual training sessions

Provide real-time support to instructors and participants during events

Prepare and test virtual classrooms prior to sessions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Customer service or help desk experience is a plus

Experience in supporting virtual training in Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Teams preferred

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas and Cornerstone on Demand) is a plus
