Key Responsibilities
Build and execute strategic account plans for federal laboratories and research agencies
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
Navigate federal procurement pathways and collaborate on compliant proposals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of federal sales, account management, or business development experience
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance frameworks
Proven track record of achieving quotas in consultative sales environments
Existing relationships with federal research groups such as CDC, FDA, or NIH (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
