Schedule Details / Additional Information :

• Full time-72 hours per pay period. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during the best fit orientation. Night shift placement anticipated post Best Fit Program. (If other openings available, potential to negotiate different shift with Manager of unit chosen).
• Holiday and weekend rotation.
• Nurse Residency for newly licensed RN's

The Best Fit Program is innovatively designed to provide newly licensed Registered Nurses in depth experiences on three different specialty Med / Surg units at St. Luke's Medical Center. Applicants will work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program. The program participation starts and progresses over the three months of orientation to the RN role. In collaboration with the BFO Program Manager, three specialty med / surg units will be selected for the unit rotations. Through a Realistic Job Preview of each unit's culture, the candidate will determine and chose which unit best fits their career goal for longevity.
