Washington Licensed Insurance Consultant

A company is looking for an Outside Insurance Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation

Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer comprehensive protection products

Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications

Must hold at least one active license : Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health

Expected to obtain additional required licenses before the start date

Eligible new hires may receive licensing fee reimbursements (up to $400 per license)

Experience in solution-based selling and community connection is preferred

Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential
