The Company is seeking a Vice President, Capital Planning Senior Policy Analyst to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the enterprise-wide capital planning and management processes, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the company's capital profiles. This role is pivotal in the strategic planning process and is fundamental to the safety and soundness of the financial system. The Vice President will be responsible for capital planning, capital management, and stress testing, and will play a key leadership role in the company's Recovery and Resolution Planning. Key responsibilities include providing strategic support for the capital policy and management function, managing day-to-day activities related to capital policy documents, and engaging in management activities to drive the company's strategic initiatives. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience, with a background in managing complex initiatives or consulting. The role requires a candidate with deep expertise in the control environment of a large financial institution, highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree or CFA preferred. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and internal controls is essential, as is the ability to deliver presentations to senior management and to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
