Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant, Connect (Data Management).

Key Responsibilities

Drive the implementation of data connectors between customer systems and NEOGOV's products, managing the process from intake to go-live

Lead discovery engagements with customers to confirm connection types, validate access methods, and analyze source data

Coordinate with internal teams and customer IT staff to install, validate, and troubleshoot data connectors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

B.A / B.S. or equivalent technical experience

Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze data across multiple formats (JSON, XML, CSV)

Understanding of data movement from on-premises systems to cloud platforms

Experience with SFTP integrations and familiarity with APIs

Comfortable handling sensitive public safety data with appropriate discretion
