Job Title : Junior Civil / Environmental Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our small, mission-driven team. This hands-on role offers exposure to all aspects of project delivery—from design to fieldwork—while providing the opportunity to learn directly from senior engineers. If you are eager to grow, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure systems.
• Support pipeline hydraulics and mechanical piping layout work.
• Draft and review civil drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership.
• Take initiative and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00 / hr.
