Tennis Program Coordinator Schedule / Hours : Varies
Are you a strong organizer, natural leader, and tennis advocate who enjoys building programs, leading staff, and creating great experiences for kids on and off the court?
What You'll Do Help plan, deliver, and grow the City of Fort Wayne's Tennis Program. You'll coordinate lessons and events, support instructors, and ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tennis lessons, leagues, tournaments, and special events
- Supervise and support tennis instructors and staff, including scheduling
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for staff issues and program needs
- Visit program sites, provide guidance, and support staff during sessions
- Complete reports, evaluations, and end-of-season summaries while planning for future programs

Supervises approximately 10 tennis instructors and staffWhat You Bring - Education & Experience
One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent experienceOne or more years of related experience in recreation, athletics, or youth programmingReliable transportation and valid Indiana Driver's License if using a City vehicleSkills & Traits That Set You Apart
