Key Responsibilities :

• Suppliers Primary Evaluations, PCPA audits, Technical Sign-of, APQP Implementation, Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff, Design review, Tool Kick off, Tool Development Tracking, Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution
• Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3
• Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions
• Approval For Fit & Functions
• ECN / FETE implementations
• Testing & Validations
• Safe Launch
• PSW Sign-off
• Smooth SOP + Ramp up
• Final Development Handover
• Supplier Performance Enhancement Excellence in Delivery
• Around 40% travel to various suppliers location
• Heavy Engineering Product exposure
• Exposure to forging, casting and machining manufacturing aspects and standard. Good understanding about material standards and reading the complex engineering prints.
• Good exposure Engine and engine system related parts Experience , GDT, design for manufacturing concepts
• Experience with Supplier Quality Engineering related to Engine and engine system related parts Experience
