As our "Repair Operations Coordinator," you will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice downpayments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs. The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication. You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.
Other listed duties as needed include performing general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service and repair business of the branch, receiving and booking fully executed Quoted Repair orders in SAP, including'releasing' Service Order in SAP, scheduling Quoted Repairs and Quick Quotes, interfacing with Service / Repair Supervisor and customers to schedule Retrofits, and additional duties as assigned.
Hiring requirements include proficiency in MS Word and Excel, well organized, and a customer service mindset.

The hiring range for this role is $68,600 $89,900. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
