We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our product messaging and communication strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our product information is effectively communicated across all platforms, engaging both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product communication materials, including press releases, product briefs, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with product management to understand product features and translate complex technical information into accessible content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product messaging is consistent and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and sales enablement tools to support internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze product communication effectiveness and customer feedback to improve messaging strategies.
- Organize and execute product launch communications across various platforms, including social media, email, and our website.
