Be a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood. While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. Embrace a tech-savvy mindset. Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Be self-motivated and driven by ambition. Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills. A valid Real Estate License is required.
