# of Suites / Labs : 2

Average Cases per Day : ~4 (Combination of Cardiac Cath and IR cases)

Common Diagnoses / Patient Types : STEMI, NSTEMI, pacemakers; IR patients (combined lab)

Certifications Required

BLS

ACLS

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

Cath Lab experience required

IR experience preferred or willingness to learn

Job Duties

Circulating and monitoring cases

Pre-procedure and post-procedure care

Performing pre-procedure and post-procedure patient calls

Equipment & Systems

EMR : Epic

Equipment : MacLab, Siemens

Staffing & Leadership

Manager : Tara Horne

Nurse Coordinator : John Crane

Cardiologist Coverage : In-house during the day; on-call overnight

Cath Lab Techs : Yes

Shifts & Scheduling

Shift : 4×10 Days

Scheduling : Standard—self or block scheduling not specified

Call Requirements :

Approx. 10 weeknights per month

Every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday)

Holiday call required (shared; 1 major summer & 1 major winter)

Call Response Time : 30 minutes

Floating : No floating to other facilities

Scrub Color : Facility-provided blues
