$52,000+

Responsibilities :

• Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
• Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions
• Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer
• Coordinate law office activity, including the drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
• Prepare and draft family law documents, including complaints, motions, financial statements, separation agreements, and discovery responses.
• Manage case files and maintain client communication with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients regarding hearings, filings, and case updates.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and document organization.
• Handle Rule 410 financial disclosures and compile supporting documentation.
• Track deadlines and court schedules to ensure timely filings.
• Support intake and client onboarding as needed.
