• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Medicine with 1-3 years of experience.
• Active medical license in the state of Indiana.
• DEA, CPR registration for prescribing controlled substances.

We're looking for a passionate Full-time Pediatrician Physician to join an outpatient clinic in LaPorte , IN!

Job Overview

As a pediatrician, you will play a critical role in coordinating proactive care for pediatric patients with chronic conditions and identifying wellness and preventive services tailored to children and adolescents. This role requires close collaboration with clinical staff and reports directly to the Site Medical Director.

Job Responsibilities

Develops effective care plans, ensures continuity and follow-up, and provides whole-person care with appropriate referrals.

Maintains accurate records and educates patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.

Supervises advanced practice nurses and residents, reviews consults and prescriptions and manages hospital patient care.

Participates in quality improvement, audits, and protocol development; supports PCMH initiatives.

Attends required meetings, provides community education, and teaches students and residents.

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
