The Work :

• Design source-to-pay processes and e-procurement solutions (eg. Coupa)
• Conduct solution configurations
• Participate in project management activities (PMO, status calls, operational committee)
• Address both strategic and operational sourcing and procurement topics
• Support team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience
• Support process design activities, formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized requirements (Workshops, Agile prototyping)
• Support implementation activities for organization, processes and business content
• Support change management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings)
• Execute supplier enablement methodology (Supply Base segmentation, Communications, Connectivity)
• Support the collection and analysis of large amounts of data, developing key insights / findings, and proposing solutions to Procure to Pay issues
• Coordinate master data activities with the client and the technical teams
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
