GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As our full- or part-time Office Receptionist, your day begins with a warm greeting, making patients feel right at home as they walk in. You manage all aspects of the front desk, from answering phone calls and scheduling appointments to checking in and checking out patients. You thrive in our fast-paced office, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Whether you're multitasking, adapting to new challenges, or helping the team stay on track, your excellent organizational skills and customer-first attitude are essential. Every day is an opportunity to make an impact as you provide top-notch service and support our patient's wellness journey.

This full- or part-time position works Monday to Thursday from 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM, Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 1 : 30 PM, and Saturday from 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM.
