Summary :
The Business Analyst evaluates business needs develops requirement documentation and supports technology enablement to achieve strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities :
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Create process flows BRDs and user stories
Support system testing and requirement traceability
Recommend improvements and new digital solutions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors in Business IT or relevant field
Strong communication and requirements analysis skills
Preferred Skills :
Domain expertise (Banking / Insurance / Healthcare)
ERP / RPA exposure
Tools & Technologies :
JIRA Confluence
Visio / Lucidchart
SQL fundamentals
