Group Controller Position

Legence, a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems in buildings, is expanding our finance organization. We have identified the need for a Group Controller position for the Engineering & Consulting Segment. This position could be based in Louisville, KY or Houston, TX. Candidates need public company experience and will hold a CPA license. Big Four public accounting experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will partner with the Engineering & Consulting Segment leader to accomplish the following responsibilities :

• Multi-site controllership
• M&A due diligence and integration
• Percentage of completion accounting
• Financial planning
• Monthly performance review
• Audit
• Policy and controls
• Financial reporting
