Position at TPG Pressure Inc Attorney – Construction & Manufacturing Location : Dallas, TX (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years Who We Are Overview We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in construction law, manufacturing contracts, dispute resolution, and Texas lien law. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal support on a wide range of projects, with an emphasis on contract negotiation, claims management, back charges, lien enforcement, and risk mitigation. This role partners closely with operations, procurement, project management, and executive leadership to drive successful project delivery while protecting the company’s interests. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, purchase agreements, and related construction / manufacturing documents.
- Advise on Texas lien law compliance, including lien notices, filings, releases, and enforcement.
- Lead or support resolution of disputes involving back charges, delay claims, warranty issues, and quality-related matters.
- Manage outside counsel and oversee litigation, arbitration, and mediation when required.
- Provide proactive risk management advice on project execution, contract performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures that minimize disputes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct training for project and plant managers on contract risk, lien law requirements, and dispute prevention.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of Texas lien law and construction-related statutes.Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and back charge management.Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-minded advice.Why Join Us

This is a full-time position. Our standard office business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 . to 5 : 00 . OT will be required as needed.Travel
