Receptionist
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Employment Type : Full-Time
Location : Waco, TX
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic paperwork
- Process and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and management
- Assist with additional clerical or office support duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious receptionist or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor with excellent customer service skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyDependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentialityWork Environment
