ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proven and highly motivated sales professional to serve as a Clinician Liaison with our care partners. Representing LifeStance clinicians, the Clinician Liaison will drive referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians, referral coordinators, hospital discharge planners, and other patient referral sources in the assigned market(s) through meaningful interaction that centers around shared patients. The position will report directly to the National Business Development Director and work together with LifeStance's clinical and operations team members to hardwire referral relationships with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians. The Clinician Liaison will spend 70% of their time in the field visiting referral partner care sites, building relationships and serving as the face of LifeStance. This will likely equate to 3 days / week in the field to meet in person visit target with some overnight travel based on territory size. The other 2 days / week will be virtual.

Compensation : $70,000 - 80,000 / annually, plus annual bonus potential

Territory : Cincinnati + Kentucky + Indiana
