We're supporting a large enterprise team that partners directly with Arizona state agencies on technology modernization efforts. This is a customer facing Business Analyst role focused on requirements gathering, documentation, project intake workflows, and coordinating with internal technical teams. If you enjoy structured BA work, clear processes, and translating business needs into actionable requirements, you'll feel right at home here. This team is growing quickly and plays a critical role in shaping the first phase of statewide projects. You'll get direct exposure to high-visibility programs and the chance to collaborate with both executive level stakeholders and technical SMEs. The environment is organized, communicative, and built for someone who loves clarity, structure, and working across multiple groups to ensure requirements are airtight before development begins.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Proven experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows / processes
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, both customer-facing and internal
• Background in government, public sector, or other regulated environments
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, LucidChart, Visio, or Smartsheet
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
