About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the evolution of its customer acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong background in direct-to-consumer acquisition, particularly through digital and social channels. This executive-level role demands a visionary who can own the firmwide marketing strategy, manage a high-performing in-house team, and collaborate with external vendors and agencies. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for building and executing scalable, data-backed campaigns that not only grow the brand but also significantly increase lead generation and client acquisition. Key responsibilities for the role include leading the customer acquisition strategy across all marketing channels, with a focus on high-converting digital and social campaigns, and overseeing brand strategy and execution across multiple consumer-facing brands. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, and a proven track record in leading multi-channel campaigns. Expertise in direct-to-consumer acquisition, performance marketing, and attribution skills is essential. The role also involves team management, vendor coordination, and serving as the key marketing liaison to the executive team. A background in legal, healthcare, or other high-volume professional services is a plus, with a strong preference for candidates with direct response marketing experience.
