Pay : $38.00 - $43.00 per hour. Mileage reimbursement for patient travel.

• Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse
• Territory : Snohomish County (Snohomish, Stanwood, Camano Island, Marysville, Everett, Lynnwood, Arlington, Lake Stevens)
• Type : Part-time or Full-time available (PT-24 hours or FT-40 hours)
• Wage : $38-$43
• Work Schedule : Flexible, usually Monday-Friday during the day.
• Home Health Acute Care Patient LPN Training provided.
• Learning opportunities : Wound Certification
• Growth Opportunities : growth opportunities to become an RN, Intake Coordinator, and other opportunities.

The Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
