Senior Network Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for network security best practices, including DDoS, VPNs, and network segmentation

Provide technical security direction for projects and enhance DDoS detection and mitigation capabilities

Manage network security protocols and integrate new security products while performing vulnerability scanning

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in network security engineering

Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP / IP, BGP, and OSPF

Deep knowledge of DDoS attack vectors and mitigation strategies

Experience with security management tools and cloud service providers like AWS and GCP

Proven track record in leading security initiatives independently
