Description :

Unit involves physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in home-based care.

Candidates must possess the required certifications, including BLS.

Experience with outpatient and inpatient settings is not applicable.

Common diagnoses include orthopedic issues, strokes, joint problems, and spinal injuries.

Candidates will be assigned to a geographical region.

Shifts are flexible, primarily occurring Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Weekend work is required every third weekend, with major holidays only as needed.

Business attire with a white lab coat is expected; jeans are not permitted.

Rehab aides, occupational therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistants will typically be permanent staff.

Charting is completed using the Cerner system.
