Position : Reporting Analyst / MIS Analyst
Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration : FTE / Direct Hire
Job Description :
Role Overview : Develops, implements, and maintains reporting solutions using MS Office Suite and BI tools to present insights into business operations and enable business decision making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather data, validate accuracy, and create daily / weekly / monthly reports (e.g., performance metrices, productivity, project status).
- Data Integrity & Maintenance : Perform data cleaning, address anomalies, and ensure consistency across systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with business partners to define reporting requirements, gather metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and streamline analytical workflows.
- Dashboard Development : Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Salary Range : $55,000-$65,000 a year
