Physical Therapist - Pediatric Physical Therapy

As a Physical Therapist within the Penn State Health System you will have the opportunity to work in an academic medical setting alongside other Allied Health Professionals including Occupational and Speech Therapists providing comprehensive clinical care. Our Physical Therapy Department includes a team of experienced therapists with expertise in pediatrics, wheelchair and equipment fitting, neurology, sports, orthopedics, spine, pelvic floor and vestibular therapy.

You will work closely with our Pediatric, Orthopedic, Neurology and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation departments caring for pediatric patients with a wide array of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience treating pediatric patients. Recent graduates who have had pediatric focused clinical experience and a strong desire for working in pediatrics will be considered. Our practice is known for its supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong commitment to professional development through our robust mentorship program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
• Must hold a PA license (or eligibility) in physical therapy.
