About The Role

The firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with deep experience managing California PI cases through all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong advocate, and confident courtroom presence who can steer a case from intake through resolution or trial with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of personal injury litigation from initial case evaluation through trial or settlement
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, lay witnesses, and expert witnesses
• Prepare trial materials, develop trial strategy, and actively participate as first or second chair
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and motion proceedings
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda aligned with case objectives
• Perform thorough legal research to support litigation strategy and strengthen case positioning
• Draft and respond to written discovery, including detailed notices, objections, and strategic discovery requests
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, counsel, experts, and the court
• Build strong client relationships grounded in transparency, professionalism, and trust
• Collaborate with litigation teams to ensure cases move efficiently and effectively toward resolution
